32-Level Separate Damping Force Adjustment Feature (rebound adjustment tuning adjust from upper piston rod / compression adjustment tuning adjust from canister bottom)

The rebound & compression adjustment are designed to be tuned separately for more precise and wide band of adjustment to meets driver / racer demands. Well established and for optimizing vehicle performance and providing wide band of setting capability specially formulated for circuit or street racing purpose. Equipped with 32-level separate adjustment feature, damping force is controlled at both base valve and piston rod for total of 1024-level (32 compression x 32 rebound) for finest setting capabilities. Specially designed advance needle valve controls damping force linearly at all level.

Optional Pillow Ball Upper Mount as Standard Equipment

6061 billet aluminum pillow ball upper mount with camber adjustment to meet driver / racer demands for the correct wheel camber angle, purpose for circuit or street race which suppresses the compliance, is designed for each vehicle applications, enabling direct driving feel, stable high speed circuit cornering and handling surpassing performance of OE mount. Special design offers ADFC compatibility. (except some models)

High KG Rated Performance Chromium Alloy Coil Spring

High performance chromium alloy coil spring are CNC-wound using the highest quality SAE9254 spring steel and corrosion protected using phosphate and powder coatings. Provided with high KG rated spring delivers best performance for circuit racing where no competitors can compete.

R.S.V. (Racing Speed Valve)

With R.S.V. technology, the required damping force in high speed range can be well maintained for better stability, minimizing body rolls, improving steering responses, road tractability and / or traction performance.

Enlarged Monotube Cylinder Structure

Enlarged monotube cylinder structure is used to enable very fine control of the machine and aggressive yet detailed communication with the road surface. This helps to generate linear damping force capturing even the smallest information from road surface and to maintain stable damping force even after repeated sport drive. As oil and gas chambers are completely separated, aeration hardly occurs and heats are greatly reduced, achieving superb and stable performance.

Designed with multiple gaps that keeps the adjust wrench in place for easier ride height adjustment.

Carbon Thread Casing Cylinder (except some models)

All threading parts on cylinder cases are carbon coated with specially formulated fluorine for outstanding rust protection as well as for smoother ride height adjustment.

2-Way Independent Ride Height Adjustment

Use of moveable lower bracket allows for separate adjustment of ride height and pre-load, making it possible to secure sufficient stroke and more convenience to change pre-load setting. Allows separate adjustment of ride height & preload for finer setting. Ride height can be adjusted without changing spring preload.

High Rigidity Tensile Lower Bracket

Specially matched red color bracket, the forefront GAB SUSPENSION’s color to boost attractive under-carriage appearance looks. High tensile bracket maximize the lifetime, withstand lateral forces and ensuring perfect fitment.

2 Layers / 1 Bake Powder Coat & Rust Prevention

Before being sprayed with powder as the first base coat, electroless nickel coating & zinc phosphate are applied to lower brackets, the second layer of powder top coat is applied and then materials / parts are baked in a furnace for superior durability, corrosion resistance & highly effective against rust.

External Canister Swivel Tank

For increased oil capacity in order to generate stable damping force at heavy load usage / circumstances, racing conditions and long distance. This structure is able to secure sufficient oil amount, promotes efficient heat release and excellence well performance at circuit.
